(Nasdaq: PLCE) (the Company), an omni-channel childrens specialty portfolio of brands, today announced that it has commenced its previously announced rights offering (the Rights Offering) to purchase up to $90,000,000 in shares of the Companys common stock, representing 9,230,769 shares of the Companys common stock in the aggregate.
