Optinose Announces 1-for-15 Reverse Stock Split
December 26, 2024 7:00 AM ESTYARDLEY, Pa., Dec. 26, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Optinose, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPTN), a pharmaceutical company focused on patients treated by ear, nose and throat (ENT) and allergy specialists, today announced that it will effect a 1-for-15 reverse stock split at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, on December 30, 2024. Beginning with the opening of trading on December 31, 2024, Optinoses common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (Nasdaq) on a split-adjusted basis under a new CUSIP number 68404V209 and Optinoses existing trading symbol OPTN.
