Allurion Technologies, Inc. Announces Reverse Stock Split
December 24, 2024 7:00 AM ESTNATICK, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Allurion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ALUR) (Allurion or the Company), a company dedicated to ending obesity, today announced that its Board of Directors has determined to effect a one-for-twenty five reverse stock split of the Companys common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the Common Stock).
