December 10, 2024 4:10 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- GE Vernova (NYSE: GEV) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.25 per share quarterly dividend and approved an initial $6 billion share repurchase authorization. The quarterly dividend will be payable on January 28, 2025, to shareholders of record as of December 20, 2024.
Future dividend declarations will be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be based on GE Vernovas earnings, financial condition, cash requirements, prospects, and other factors.
