(NASDAQ: IBRX), a leading immunotherapy company, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 33,333,334 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.00 per share. ImmunityBio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
