November 13, 2024 4:12 PM ESTSHANGHAI & CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Zai Lab Limited (Zai Lab or the Company) (NASDAQ: ZLAB; HKEX: 9688), an innovative, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $200.0 million of American depositary shares (ADSs), each representing ten ordinary shares of the Company with a par value of $0.000006 per share.
