KalVista Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of a $55 Million Underwritten Offering of Common Stock and Concurrent Private Placement of $5 Million
November 4, 2024 7:05 AM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass. & SALISBURY, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KalVista Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: KALV) (KalVista) today announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $10.00 per share to certain investors (the Offering). The gross proceeds to KalVista from the Offering are expected to be $55 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses payable by KalVista.
