(NYSE American LLC Symbol: CCEL) (Cryo-Cell), the worlds first private cord blood bank to separate and store stem cells in 1992, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend at an initial rate of $0.25 per share of common stock to be paid to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2024.
