Applied DNA Announces Pricing of $6.5 Million Registered Direct Offering and Concurrent Private Placement

STONY BROOK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / October 30, 2024 / Applied DNA Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: APDN) ("Applied DNA" or the "Company"), a leader in PCR-based DNA technologies, today announced the pricing of a registered direct offering and concurrent private placement with gross proceeds to the Company expected to be approximately $6.5 million before deducting placement agent fees and other estimated expenses payable by the Company.
