LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Silverchair, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), announced today that is has entered into a definitive agreement with Clarivate Plc (NYSE: CLVT) to acquire ScholarOne, a leading provider of software and services to scholarly publishers and societies.
