October 25, 2024 8:30 AM EDTABERDEEN, Wash., Oct. 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Financial Corporation (OTCQX: PFLC), (Pacific Financial) or the (Company), the holding company for Bank of the Pacific (the Bank), reported net income of $2.6 million, or $0.25 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2024, compared to $2.1 million, or $0.21 per diluted share for the second quarter of 2024, and $3.6 million, or $0.35 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2023.
