Union Bankshares Announces Earnings for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024 and Declares Quarterly Dividend
October 16, 2024 4:15 PM EDTMORRISVILLE, Vt., Oct. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Union Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ - UNB) today announced results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024 and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend. Consolidated net income for the three months ended September 30, 2024 was $1.3 million, or $0.29 per share, compared to $2.5 million, or $0.56 per share, for the same period in 2023, and $5.8 million, or $1.27 per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2024, compared to $8.2 million, or $1.82 per share for the same period in 2023.
