HomesToLife Ltd Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
September 30, 2024 5:32 PM EDTSINGAPORE, Sept. 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HomesToLife Ltd. (HTLM or the Company) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of an aggregate of 1,250,000 ordinary shares (the Offering), all of which are being offered by HTLM at a public offering price of $4.00 per share.
In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option (the Over-Allotment Option) to purchase up to an additional 187,500 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
