Uber (UBER) Enters $5B Credit Agreement
September 27, 2024 6:47 AM EDTOn September 26, 2024, Uber (NYSE: UBER) entered into a Credit Agreement (the Credit Agreement), among the Company, the lenders party thereto, the letter of credit issuers party thereto and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent. The Credit Agreement replaces the Companys existing Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of June 26, 2015, among the Company, certain subsidiary guarantors from time to time party thereto, the lenders party thereto and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent (as amended to date, the Existing Credit Agreement), which was terminated effective September 26, 2024.
