GAMCO Investors, Inc. Announces Special Dividend of $2.00 per share
September 19, 2024 10:57 AM EDTGREENWICH, Conn., Sept. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GAMCO Investors, Inc. (GAMCO) (OTCQX: GAMI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share, payable on November 4, 2024, to Class A and Class B shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2024. It is expected that the $2.00 dividend will be paid from current earnings and profits. The aggregate payment will be approximately $48.4 million, based on shares outstanding of 24.2 million as of the date of this release.
