Matador Resources Company Closes Ameredev Acquisition
September 19, 2024 6:30 AM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (Matador or the Company) today announced the closing of its previously announced strategic bolt-on acquisition of a subsidiary of Ameredev II Parent, LLC (Ameredev) from affiliates of EnCap Investments L.P. (EnCap) for cash consideration of $1.832 billion, which amount is subject to customary post-closing adjustments (the Ameredev Acquisition). The Ameredev Acquisition includes:
