Mosaic Provides Updates on Potash and Phosphate Operations
September 16, 2024 6:32 AM EDTTAMPA, FL / ACCESSWIRE / September 16, 2024 / The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) today announces Potash and Phosphate operations sustained operational challenges that are expected to reduce production volumes and shipments in the third quarter of 2024.
In Potash, Mosaic has encountered electrical equipment failures impacting both the Esterhazy and Colonsay mines. These operational challenges in aggregate are expected to reduce the third quarter potash production and shipment volumes by 200-300 thousand tonnes.
