CSW Industrials Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
September 4, 2024 4:18 PM EDTDALLAS, Sept. 04, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CSW Industrials, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSWI), announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 1,000,000 shares of common stock. In connection with this offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 150,000 additional shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
