July 18, 2024 4:33 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Citigroup Inc. today declared a quarterly dividend on Citigroups common stock of $0.56 per share, payable on August 23, 2024 to stockholders of record on August 5, 2024.
The Board of Directors of Citigroup Inc. also declared dividends on Citigroups preferred stock as follows:
6.300% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Noncumulative Preferred Stock, Series M, payable August 15, 2024, to holders of record on August 5, 2024. Holders of depositary receipts, each representing one-twenty-fifth of a full preferred share, will be paid $23.01786333 for each receipt held.
