Cinemark USA, Inc. Announces Pricing of $500 Million Senior Notes
July 9, 2024 4:15 PM EDTPLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK) (Cinemark or the Company) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cinemark USA, Inc. (Cinemark USA), priced a private offering (the Offering) that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act), to eligible purchasers of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.0% Senior Notes due 2032 (the Notes) at the initial offering price of 100.000% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest from July 18, 2024. The Offering is expected to close on July 18, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
