NextEra Energy announces sale of equity units
June 18, 2024 9:47 AM EDTJUNO BEACH, Fla., June 18, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- NextEra Energy, Inc. (NYSE: NEE) announced today that it has agreed to sell $2.0 billion of equity units to Wells Fargo Securities and BofA Securities. The transaction is expected to close on June 20, 2024.
