Brink's Prices $400 Million 5-Year and $400 Million 8-Year Senior Notes Offering
June 5, 2024 3:51 PM EDTRICHMOND, Va., June 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Brinks Company (NYSE: BCO) (the Company) today announced the pricing of its offering of 5-year and 8-year senior unsecured notes in aggregate principal amounts of $400 million and $400 million, respectively. The notes will be issued at par, will mature on June 15, 2029 and June 15, 2032, respectively, and will bear an annual interest rate of 6.500% and 6.750%, respectively.
