(CompoSecure or the Company) (Nasdaq: CMPO), a leader in metal payment cards, security, and authentication solutions, today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering (the Offering) of 7,000,000 shares of the Companys Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the Class A Common Stock), by certain shareholders of the Company (the Selling Shareholders).
