May 6, 2024 4:05 PM EDTROYAL OAK, Mich., May 6, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) (the "Company") today announced that its operating partnership, Agree Limited Partnership (the "Operating Partnership"), priced a public offering of $450 million of its 5.625% senior unsecured notes due 2034 (the "Notes").
