Dorian LPG Ltd. Declares Irregular Cash Dividend of $1.00 Per Share
April 25, 2024 6:00 AM EDTSTAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) (the Company, Dorian LPG, we, us, and our), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Companys common stock. The total dividends to be paid will amount to approximately $40.6 million. The dividend is payable on or about May 30, 2024 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2024.
