The analyst comments "PLYM reported a 1Q24 activity update this morning that demonstrates continued progress on leasing and development initiatives. Leasing was steady in the quarter, with an incremental 10.5% of 2024 expirations addressed since February 19th alongside a 60 bps improvement on expected rent change (to 16.3%) related to 2024 commencements.
