Kinder Morgan Announces Amy W. Chronis as Nominee for Election to Board of Directors
April 1, 2024 8:30 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE: KMI) today announced that its board of directors has nominated Amy W. Chronis to stand for election as a director at its annual meeting of stockholders on May 8, 2024.
Ms. Chronis is a Senior Partner with Deloitte and is scheduled to retire from Deloitte as of June 1, 2024. She served as Deloittes Vice Chair and US Energy & Chemicals Industry Leader from January 2021 to January 2024 and as the Managing Partner of Deloittes Houston practice from February 2018 to January 2024.
