Riley Securities, Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC as sales agents (each, a Sales Agent and collectively, the Sales Agents), to sell shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company (the Common Stock), from time to time, having an aggregate offering price of $250,000,000, through an at-the-market offering program
