Vital Energy Announces Offering of $575.0 Million of Senior Notes
March 14, 2024 8:54 AM EDTTULSA, OK, March 14, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vital Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (NYSE: VTLE) (Vital Energy or the Company), today announced that it intends to offer (the Offering), subject to market and other conditions, $575.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (the senior notes) in a private placement to eligible purchasers.
