Celanese Corporation Reports Full Year 2023 and Fourth Quarter Earnings
February 20, 2024 4:15 PM ESTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global chemical and specialty materials company, today reported full year 2023 GAAP diluted earnings per share of $18.00 and adjusted earnings per share of $8.92. The Company generated net sales of $10.9 billion in 2023, an increase of 13 percent from the prior year, due to an increase in volume of 23 percent reflecting the Mobility & Materials (M&M) acquisition, partially offset by a decrease in price of 10 percent.
