Immunome Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
February 13, 2024 10:38 PM ESTBOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Immunome, Inc. (Immunome) (Nasdaq: IMNM), a biotechnology company dedicated to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. All of the shares are to be sold by Immunome.
