South Atlantic Bancshares, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend
February 5, 2024 4:01 PM ESTMYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Feb. 5, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- South Atlantic Bancshares, Inc. ("South Atlantic" or the "Company") (OTCQX: SABK), the parent of South Atlantic Bank (the "Bank"), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on February 28, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2024.Â
