Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. Announces an Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 2, 2024 9:00 AM ESTPHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KNX) (the "Company" or "Knight-Swift") announced today that its board of directors ("the Board") has declared the Companys quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock, which is a $0.02 increase from the Company's existing quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock. The Company has raised its quarterly dividend five times in the past five years for a 167% overall increase.
