International Bancshares Corporation Increases Cash Dividend by 4.76%
February 1, 2024 10:47 AM ESTLAREDO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- International Bancshares Corporation (NASDAQ: IBOC) announced today that on Jan. 31, 2024, IBCs Board of Directors approved the declaration of a 66 cents per share cash dividend for shareholders of record of Common Stock, $1.00 par value, as of the close of business on Feb. 15, 2024, payable on Feb. 28, 2024. This dividend represents a 4.76% or 3 cents per share increase above IBCs previous dividend paid on Aug. 25, 2023.
