Community West Bancshares Reports Full Year Earnings and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.08 Per Common Share
January 26, 2024 9:00 AM ESTGOLETA, Calif., Jan. 26, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Community West Bancshares (Community West or the Company), (NASDAQ: CWBC), parent company of Community West Bank (the Bank), today reported net income of $7.3 million, or $0.81 per diluted share, for the year ended December 31, 2023, compared to $13.4 million, or $1.51 per diluted share, for the year ended December 31, 2022.  For the quarter ended December 31, 2023, the Company reported $479,000, or $0.05 per diluted share compared to $2.3 million or $0.25 per diluted share for the preceding quarter and $3.4 million, or $0.38 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2022.
