Newmark Group Announces Offering Of Senior Notes
January 5, 2024 9:00 AM ESTNEW YORK, Jan. 5, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Newmark Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMRK) ("Newmark" or the "Company"), today announced its intention to commence an offering of senior unsecured notes, subject to market conditions and other factors.
