MAA Announces Pricing of Senior Unsecured Notes Offering
January 4, 2024 5:03 PM ESTGERMANTOWN, Tenn., Jan. 4, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., ("MAA") (NYSE: MAA) today announced that its operating partnership, Mid-America Apartments, L.P. ("MAALP"), priced a $350,000,000 offering of MAALP's 5.000% senior unsecured notes due March 15, 2034 (the "Notes") under its existing shelf registration statement.
