Sun Communities, Inc. Prices $500 Million of Senior Notes

(NYSE: SUI) (the Company), a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates, or has an interest in, manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities and marinas, today announced that its operating partnership, Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (the "Operating Partnership"), has priced a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior notes due 2029 (the Notes).
