(NASDAQ: SYT) (SYLA or the Company), operator of the largest membership real estate crowd-funding platform in Japan, Rimawari-kun, has appointed Mr. Takuya Hanada as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), effective January 4, 2024.
Mr. Hanada is a Certified Public Accountant in Japan and has served as SYLAs Head of Administration Division since December 11, 2023.
