December 27, 2023 4:10 PM ESTOMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AMCON Distributing Company (AMCON) (NYSE American: DIT), an Omaha, Nebraska-based consumer products company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of AMCON declared a special cash dividend of $0.28 per common share. This cash dividend is payable on January 17, 2024 to shareholders of record as of January 8, 2024.
