SpringWorks Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of Common Stock

(Nasdaq: SWTX), a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on severe rare diseases and cancer, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 9,482,758 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $29.00 per share. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by SpringWorks. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $275.0 million.
