WaveDancer Announces Merger Agreement with Firefly Neuroscience
November 16, 2023 7:15 AM ESTFAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 16, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WaveDancer, Inc. (WaveDancer) (NASDAQ: WAVD) today announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with privately held, commercial-stage, medical technology company, Firefly Neuroscience, Inc. (Firefly), to combine the companies in an all-stock transaction. The combined company will focus on continuing to develop and commercialize Fireflys Artificial Intelligence driven Brain Network Analytics (BNA) platform, which was previously cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
