(Nasdaq: MEIP) (the Company), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on advancing new therapies for cancer, today announced that pursuant to the previously disclosed cooperation agreement with Anson Funds and Cable Car Capital, the Companys Board of Directors today declared a special cash dividend (the Dividend) of $1.75 per share of common stock, $0.00000002 par value, payable on December 6, 2023 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2023.
