Wall Street analysts eye this software stock after 40% sell-off
November 3, 2023 2:24 PM EDTAfter a significant sell-off following a recent earnings release, analysts at Guggenheim and Wolfe Research now see an opportunity in one software company.
Confluent, Inc. (NASDAQ: CFLT) shares fell from around $28 per share on Wednesday to as low as $14.69 on Thursday following its earnings release. The company reported better-than-expected earnings and revenue, but its guidance disappointed.
However, the plunge has prompted analysts at two firms to upgrade the stock.
