Bridger Aerospace Acquires Ignis Technologies to Expand Wildland Fire Software Offerings
September 14, 2023 7:00 AM EDTBELGRADE, Mont., Sept. 14, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, Inc. (Bridger or Bridger Aerospace), (NASDAQ: BAER), one of the nations largest aerial firefighting companies, today announced that it has acquired Ignis Technologies Inc. (Ignis) for $3 million, with an additional contingent earn-out consideration of up to $9.0 million, paid in the form of restricted shares of Bridger common stock. Ignis is a fire technology company delivering mission-critical intelligence and technology solutions to firefighting organizations.
