Vital Energy Announces Offering Of Common Stock
September 13, 2023 5:23 PM EDTTULSA, OK, Sept. 13, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vital Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (NYSE: VTLE) (Vital Energy or the Company), announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock, subject to market and other conditions. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares of the Companys common stock.
