Intuit Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering
September 12, 2023 6:16 PM EDTMOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU), the global financial technology platform that makes TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, announced today that it has priced its offering of $4.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $750.0 million aggregate principal amount of 5.250% notes due 2026, $750.0 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% notes due 2028, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.200% notes due 2033 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.500% notes due 2053. The offering is expected to close September 15, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
