Nasdaq Announces CFO Transition
August 29, 2023 4:57 PM EDTNEW YORK, Aug. 29, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today announced the appointment of Sarah Youngwood as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2023. Youngwood will succeed Ann Dennison, who has held the role since 2021 and will remain at the company until the end of the year to ensure an orderly transition.
