Vinfast to list in on Nasdaq next week as 'VFS'
August 11, 2023 2:54 PM EDTSpecial Acquisitions Company, Black Spade (NYSE: BSAQ) voted Thursday to merge with electric automaker, VinFast, allowing the Vietnamese company to list on the Nasdaq platform in the US.
