Vinfast to list in on Nasdaq next week as 'VFS'

Special Acquisitions Company, Black Spade (NYSE: BSAQ) voted Thursday to merge with electric automaker, VinFast, allowing the Vietnamese company to list on the Nasdaq platform in the US.
